Solution
Our team feels that it is inevitable for rough sleepers to be subjected to theft as they are sleeping in public spaces. However, they are very resourceful in keeping their belongings safe. Furthermore, we are not giving any fanciful phones which are not in demand. Hence , we feel that it is unlikely for their phones to be stolen.
Upon considering Mr Four eyes' feedback, we have decided to provide chargers alongside the phones as they would not have to fork out money to purchase them. Additionally, majority of phone users will have extra chargers to give away.
FROM MR FOUR EYES' FEEDBACK
Our team will conduct a short introduction on how to use the phones so that they will be equipped with the knowledge on using them. We will also be providing our contact numbers to them in the event that they need assistance on using certain functions on the phone.
